From there, the guided tour begins along the western coastline, offering views of eight historic monasteries as the vessel sails approximately 500 meters from shore, in accordance with maritime regulations.
During the cruise, onboard commentary provides insights into the monasteries, sketes, and traditional harbors (arsanas), giving you a deeper understanding of Mount Athos’ history and spiritual significance.
After the sightseeing tour, a traditional meal is served onboard. The journey continues towards Sithonia, where the boat stops at a beautiful beach for swimming and relaxation in crystal-clear waters.
